Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air or outdoor areas. There will be charged of penalty if smoking is detected inside the villa.
Cancellation:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.
Cheques & Valuables:
The villa does not accept personal cheques. The villa shall not be held liable for the loss of money, jewellery, or valuables. A complimentary safety deposit box is provided in each room for the safekeeping of guest belongings.
Check-Out Policy:
Rooms will be automatically checked out after the designated check-out time without prior notice. Any extension of stay must be approved by the Reservation Officer, subject to room availability and applicable rates. Half-day charges may apply, based on the day of departure and subject to availability.
Liability for Damage:
The guest accept full liability if the guests cause any loss, damage, or harm caused to the villa or its property during stay.
